Designed to assist in creating personalized employment opportunities for a person when the person needs support in finding, negotiating, and maintaining employment in an integrated setting with competitive wages and benefits commensurate to the job responsibilities. It may also be used to pursue job advancement. Funding through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation must be exhausted before Supports for Community Living waiver services can be used.
